London Fashion Week Beauty SS18
It's that time of year when the excitement gets the better of us and Instagram is on fire with the scrolling!
I’ve been saving all my favourite looks from LFW along the way so here's my breakdown of what I think was hot.
I am torn between my two favourites this season. Both are amazing so maybe you can help me decide which is the best in the comments below.
I loved the graphic liner by Adam de Cruz for Eudon Choi. It is so simple but just stunning. It reminds me of a heart rate monitor scale and yes this is giving me life! It's really tricky to get a good fine liner to be honest and unless you're steady with a fine brush it can be tricky to recreate. I am loving the B. Pro duo eyeliner as it has two thicknesses of felt tip so you get to choose how full your liner is.
The bare, natural look was inspired by "an aristocrat woman about town who has been on holiday all summer and just chucks something on to go out”, described Adam De Cruz
My other favourite was Val Garlands ‘banana shaped’ Tan Liner for the Anya Hindmarch show. A really striking statement eye, with a glossy skin and clear gloss lips and really fluffy brushed up brows. I literally love this colour brown on the lid, I am obsessed.
The collection was described as ’50’s housewife meets adorable nerd”
My next favourite was House of Holland.
And finally, you can’t ever fail with a good old black eye at Fashion Week and Charlotte Tilbury did an amazing one for Versace Versus.
I just filmed a how to video for this look, so keep your eyes out for it coming very soon!
My favourite collection for style was Julien Macdonald, I just loved all the tassels and sheer fabrics. Not that I will be able to wear them but it's nice and nostalgic to see inspiration from the 90’s and think about the days when I could!
One to remember! Stay tuned for my latest tutorials I filmed of some of the looks from LFW and see how we recreate them with B products, coming soon to my blog!
