Return / Exchange your order

If you want to return or exchange products, you can, as long as we receive them back to our office within 14 days from the date of delivery in a resellable condition. We’re sorry but we don’t accept returns on makeup from the Daniel Sandler and Eyebrow Queen ranges. Any queries please contact us on 0161 872 9111.

Please note that we won’t cover the cost of returning products unless products are faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied, and if a discount was applied to your order, returned items will be refunded with the discount price paid. All returned products are inspected when we receive them. If a product is returned in a condition we think is unfit for reselling, we won’t process the refund and we’ll return it to you.

 Our refunds policy

  1. Refund
    If you return a Product to us:

  1. because you have cancelled the Contract between us within a 14 day cooling-off period we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day on which you gave us notice of cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the Product in full. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

  2. for any other reason we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund. We will refund the price of a defective Product in full, any applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.
